Log every break you take from the screen.
Tap each time you step away. Watch the streak grow and the stiffness leave, one break at a time, with no app telling you off.
Breaks are the cheapest health move there is, and the easiest to skip. This tracker just makes the skip visible. Tap every time you step away. The streak does the nagging for you, and your neck stops keeping score.

The science behind it
Sitting still for hours is its own risk: the body expects to move, and static loading on the neck and lower back is what produces end-of-day ache. Micro-breaks every hour drop that load before it accumulates; the research favors frequency over length.
There's a visual-system angle too: stepping away resets the close-focus cramp and lets you blink normally again. The heatmap isn't decoration: seeing the pattern is what makes people actually take the next break instead of 'later'.
Screen Break Streak Tracker, answered
Around eight short ones across a workday: roughly every 45–60 minutes. That's the default goal here, and you can move it to fit your day.
