Welcome to mcrudra. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the mcrudra.com website and our mobile health applications (Mozy, Pozy, and DOOVI).
By downloading our apps or browsing our site, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the apps and cease using our services.
App Usage License
mcrudra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and run our software on your personal Android device solely for personal wellness training:
- No Redistribution: You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, distribute, or modify the source binaries of Mozy, Pozy, or DOOVI.
- No Commercial Abuse: The software is provided exclusively for personal and non-commercial wellbeing purposes.
Intellectual Property
All contents, source code, UI designs, graphics, branding assets, logos, and trademarks displayed on this site and inside the apps are the exclusive property of mcrudra.
You may not utilize our brand assets (such as the app names Mozy, Pozy, and DOOVI, or the mcrudra wordmark) without prior written authorization.
Medical Disclaimer
mcrudra applications are digital wellbeing and habit-training tools. They are not medical products or diagnostic devices.
Important Notice: None of the reminders, statistics, posture scores, or blink notifications generated by our apps constitute professional medical advice, clinical diagnostics, or treatment plans for ophthalmological (dry eyes) or orthopedic (cervical spine pain) conditions. Consult a qualified physician for clinical concerns.
Limitation of Liability
mcrudra apps and websites are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
We make no guarantee that the apps will function uninterruptedly on all Android devices, configurations, or customized ROMs. mcrudra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the software.
Governing Law
These terms, and any disputes arising out of the usage of mcrudra apps, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
