Every first-time user is granted a 3-Day Free Trial to evaluate Lynqo Pro features risk-free prior to paying.
Trial Cancellation: If you cancel during the 3-day trial period, your payment method will not be charged. You may cancel anytime directly in desktop Settings.
Fair Grace-Period Access Retention
When you cancel an active monthly subscription ($9.00/month):
- Uninterrupted Pro Features: Auto-renewal will be turned off immediately, but you retain 100% full Pro access for the remaining days of your prepaid 30-day billing cycle.
- One-Click Reactivation: If you change your mind before your billing cycle ends, you may reactivate auto-renewal with one click in Settings without re-entering payment credentials.
Non-Refundable Monthly Charges
Because first-time users receive a 3-day evaluation trial prior to billing and retain full Pro features until the end of their paid period upon cancellation, processed monthly payments are non-refundable. No partial or prorated cash refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
Fraudulent Chargeback Disclosures
Filing a false or fraudulent bank chargeback for authorized services received in good faith constitutes breach of contract. mcrudra submits cryptographic authorization logs, checkout timestamps, and user ID records directly to payment networks (Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Dodo Payments) to defend legitimate transactions.
